Ancira links with your PMS or booking data to identify upcoming eligible stays. You can use webhooks, scheduled imports, or manual upload depending on your setup.

Each guest receives a branded pre-arrival link for their stay. The page uses your hotel's logo, colours, imagery, and guest details.

Guests choose their extras

Guests browse relevant upgrades and experiences, add them to their basket, and pay securely online.

Your team receives the order

The hotel is notified when a guest purchases an extra. Orders can be managed from the Ancira admin portal and, where supported, synced back to your PMS.
